Please find below the Commissioners decisions in relation to planning applications considered by them at their meeting on the 10th January 2006.

### PA05 92372 – Dandara Commercial Ltd – Change of use of light industrial/storage and distribution into trampoline centre for the Manx Trampoline Club – Unit 19 Phase 4 Development

The Commissioners would recommend that there is a material planning reason to object to the principle of the application as submitted as the proposed use was not compatible with the immediate existing users and that there would be inadequate car parking provision provided to meet projected needs of the proposed use of the facility, however this was without prejudice to a revised application for approval for sports and recreation use within one of the 7 units proposed on the adjacent site which has been approved on PA 01686.

### PA05 92389 – Caledonian, Isle of Man Business Park – Erection of Signage – IoM Business Park

The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application subject to the inclusion of a condition that defined that none of the proposed signage should be illuminated by internal lighting.

### PA05 92390 – Caledonian, Isle of Man Business Park – Upgrade the external appearance of the building by the addition of aluminium cladding
