In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **PERMIT** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 17 March 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

**SCHEDULE OF CONDITIONS:** 8

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the submitted documents, and shown in drawings EB1 and EB2 all received on 17th November 2005.

3. The new windows should be in a pattern identical to the original items remaining on the Ground and First Floor to the front elevation of the property, in terms of opening, glazing pattern and framing material (i.e. painted timber). All details such as framing horns and any mouldings in the remaining painted timber sliding sash windows are to be faithfully replicated.

4. Prior to commencement of any works, a sample of the window is to be approved by the Planning Committee.

5. All works are to be completed within 3 months of the date of the Approval Notice.

This decision notice is issued in accordance with Regulation 9(1) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

If this determination is running concurrently with a planning application the content of the registered building application is excluded from that consideration. If need be an appeal against the determination of registered building consent must be made independently.
