Ref No 05/92194/A: Silver Beeches, Glen Rd, Colby

Dear Sir

I have no objections to the proposed development as outlined in the above
application as it is within the footprint of the existing building, but wish to point out
that no height is shown on the proposed building so I would retain the right to
complain at a later stage if this is unreasonable.

I also wish to be assured that damage to surrounding trees is minimised as far as
possible and that demolition of the existing 'asbestos type' building is carried out
under controlled conditions.
