### Officer's Report

The planning application seeks approval for the erection of stables within the curtilage of a detached dwelling in Braddan. The proposed stables are of a timber construction and effectively replace a previously storm damaged building.

There are no objections to the planning application and I consider the proposal to be acceptable. I recommend that the planning application be approved.
