2. This approval relates to the premises as shown within the location plan date stamped the 25th October 2005.

**NOTE** The applicant is recommended to contact the Fire Safety Officer to discuss the provision of appropriate fire precautions.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
