In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 13 December 2005, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.

2. This approval relates to the building contained with the red line as defined by drawing no. 02/1900/01 date stamped the 31st October 2005.

3. This approval permits the additional use of the building for community events between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00 (inclusive) in any one day, which are not commercial or directly linked to Ramsey Rugby Club.

NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.

NOTE The applicant's attention is drawn to the contents of the Disability Access Officer's recommendations date stamped 2nd November 2005.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
