The application seeks approval for the change of use of the ground and first floor of a building on Parliament Street, Ramsey, from a retail use to office use. The unit is currently vacant and the proposed use is as an estate agents.

There are no objections to the planning application and I consider the use to be acceptable. Accordingly, I recommend that the planning application be approved.
