The site represents an area to the south of Maine Road which has on it two semi-detached properties approved under PA 03/1591. Proposed here is the use of the properties as tourist accommodation as

well as residential. The application is made by Port Erin Hotels who operate the hotels to the west and in conjunction with which this would be operated.

There are no objections to this application.
