1. This approval adds the use of part of the building as a cafe to the extant use of the building as a shop as shown in Use Classes 1 and 2 of the Town and Country Planning Use Classes Order 1982.

2. This permission shall expire if not taken up within 2 years of the date of this notice.

NOTE: The applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer regarding means of escape etc.
