### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. Prior to the erection of the summer-house, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee an accurate 1:500 site plan showing the position of the summerhouse to scale.

3. Subject to condition (2) above, this approval relates to the submitted drawings which are date-stamped 23rd March 2005.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
