The site represents the curtilage of the doctor's surgery situated on the northern side of Arbory Street approximately 40m from its junction with The Crofts.

Proposed here is the conversion of the building to offices

The site lies within an area of mixed use on the Castletown Local Plan adopted by Tynwald in 1991.

The use of the building as offices will provide/retain people to utilise the facilities in Castletown and should be encouraged.
