1. The site comprises the curtilage of an end-terraced house on Lower Dukes Road.
2. Within the Ballaquayle Road Conservation Area.
3. The application proposes the installation of replacement windows at the rear – PVC casements; Central transoms
4. Visible from the highway, but of very mixed quality and little attraction.
5. In the context, I judge that these windows would be acceptable.
