The application seeks approval for alterations to an existing detached garage in Maughold. The alterations comprise of the installation of a window and door to the side and the replacement of one garage door with two windows. The garage currently has two garage doors at either end.

I consider the proposed development to be modest and unobjectionable. I recommend that the application be approved.
