### Officer's Report

The site represents the curtilage of an existing terraced property on the eastern side of Murray's Lake Drive. Proposed is the erection of a conservatory on the rear elevation. The conservatory would be 3.8m in width and 2.5m deep and 3.3m in height to the ridge. This will be built within 1m of the boundary with number 51 from whom comments have not been received.

I wrote to the neighbour on 9th December, 2004 but have received no response.

The conservatory is unlikely to offer any more overlooking of the adjacent property than is apparent at present and is next to a recessed part of the neighbouring property so should not lead to overlooking.
