### Officer’s Report

The site represents the curtilage of a newly built dwelling within the estate to the south of Moaney Road. The dwelling lies in the middle of the estate and is a standard semi-detached two storey dwelling to which it is proposed to add a conservatory on the rear elevation. The elevations and plans are all at odds with each other. Please defer.

I have spoken with Mark Moyer from Amazing Glazing (IOM) Ltd who is aware of my concerns and has submitted further drawings which are consistent with each other and the site plan now shows accurately the position and extent of the conservatory which is acceptable.
