The application relates to a large detached property set in a large garden.

The proposed garden shed is located close to the rear boundary wall of the property which adjoins playing fields. It is next to an existing garage and will replace an existing shed and greenhouse. There are no adverse implications for neighbouring properties nor any detrimental impact on visual amenity.
