### Officer's Report

The site is on the corner of Fistard Road and High Street. It is proposed to change the use of the premises from a fish and chip parlour to a corner shop. The takeaway chip shop next to the site is to remain the same.

The shop would not be any more intrusive and would be a useful community amenity. The Highway's Division has yet to comment but it is judged that there will be no adverse impact on traffic generation or highway safety as a result of this change of use.
