Planning Report and Recommendations General Report Site Visited YES/NO 1. The site comprises the curtilage of "Craigwell", a guest house on Empire Terrace, behind the Castle Mona. 2. The site is outside of the Promenades Conservation Area. 3. The application seeks approval in principle to convert the building into five flats - one on each floor. 4. The principal issue is parking provision. On-site provision is not practical or, at the front, desirable. The water supply issue is also material.
