In addition, the applicants agent has reduced the internal UPT shaft in height and altered its materials and finish to be more in keeping with the remainder of the building. We note that attention is drawn to the replacement of the windows "if it is required" as the building is registered the preference is toward the retention and overhauling of the existing windows.
