1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. Prior to the commencement of any works, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee details of the treatment of the outer face of the proposed concrete walling; this treatment should be such as to break up and add interest to the appearance.

3. Subject to condition (2) above, this approval relates to drawing number 47.1.04 which is date stamped 26th July 2004.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
