1. The site comprises the curtilage of the Manx Electricity Authority car-park/sub-station site on Lord Street.

2. The application proposes alterations to the access from Lord Street, such as to form separate entrance and exit routes, each controlled by barriers.

3. Unobjectionable, but we should await the Highway Authority's comments.

4. Now received - no adverse traffic impact.
