## Reasons For Refusal

Application Ref No: 04/00938/B

1. It is considered that the proposed extensions, by reason of their size and design would significantly detract from the character and appearance of the buildings as highlighted in the Inspectors Report in respect of PA01/2553. In addition, the proposals do not overcome the reason for refusal in relation to PA 03/1330.

NOTE This decision is without prejudice to the submission of a further application, which follows consultation with Officers.
