Planning Report and Recommendations General Report Site Visited YES/NO 1. The site comprises the curtailage of an end-terraced house on Prince's Avenue. 2. The application seeks, I think, to regularise the creation of a roof-top patio on the garage at the rear. Included is the installation of French windows leading thereto, and railings. 3. There would be (is, in fact) an element of overlooking of various parts of various back yards, but not, in my judgment, so seriously as to warrant refusal.
