1. The site comprises the curtilage of an end-terraced house on Prince's Avenue.

2. The application seeks, I think, to regularise the creation of a rooftop patio on the garage at the rear. Included is the installation of French windows leading thereto, and railings.

3. There would be (is, in fact) an element of overlooking of various parts of various back yards, but not, in my judgement, so seriously as to warrant refusal.

A screen wall would reduce light.
