Re: AP 04 / 1037 3 Ridgeway Road Dormer Window and remove Chimney Stack I am directed to advise you that the above Planning Application was considered by the Commissioners at their meeting on Monday 14th inst. The Commissioners recommended that the application be APPROVED, subject to;

"The Commissioners have no objection to the Dormer, but oppose the demolition of the chimney stack as this would detract from the general symmetry of the two properties."
