Planning permission was granted on appeal in November 2002 for the construction of a dwelling on Plot 3 Perwick Bay, Port St Mary. During the course of construction, it was determined that the dwelling was not being constructed in accordance with the approved plans and this application seeks retrospective approval for the alterations.

There are some 10 deviations to the approved drawing, although all are considered to be relatively minor and do not, I consider adversely affect the overall appearance of the building.
