SCHEDULE OF CONDITIONS

Application Ref No: 04/01049/B

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the reconstruction of the existing bay, replacement of roof covering with natural slate and the installation of replacement windows all as shown and described in the letter, photographs and drawing received on 24th May, 2004.

3. The applicant is encouraged to re-use the existing bricks on the bay to ensure that the re-built structure fits in with the streetscape. Otherwise, bricks, including those around the window reveals must match the existing as closely as possible.

4. The roof must be covered in a dark grey coloured natural slate to match those in the remainder of the terrace.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
