## Reasons For Refusal
### Application Ref No: 04/00686/B
1. It is considered that the creation of a helicopter landing pad will result in noise and disturbance likely to have an adverse impact on local residents and grazing animals within the immediate vicinity. In addition, the landing and taking off of helicopters would pose a distraction to drivers on the nearby A36, contrary to the interest of highway safety.
2. This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
