1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. No adverts or signage may be displayed without first seeking and obtaining approval therefore under the Adverts Bye-laws.
3. This approval relates to drawings which are numbered 04/GP/533/202G, /203C, /204A, /205A, /206C, /207A, /208B, and /209B, and which are date-stamped 29th June 2004.

NOTE Attention is drawn to the recommendations of the Environment Health Inspectorate, a copy of which is attached to this notice.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
