The application is for the erection of a replacement porch on a dwelling in Sulby, Lezayre.

Due to underpinning work at the property the existing porch needs to be demolished. Once the underpinning work is completed a replacement porch will be constructed that is an exact replacement of the existing porch.

The porch is relatively minor and I consider it to be unobjectionable.
