1. The additional use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
2. There shall be no parking of taxis on the site.
3. This approval relates to the submitted information which is date-stamped 20th April 2004 (location plan) and 30th April 2004 (letter of support).

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
