1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. The proposed windows must match those already installed in the adjoining dwelling "Greentrees".
3. Subject to condition (2) above, this approval relates to the submitted documents which are date-stamped 21 st April 2004.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
