SCHEDULE OF CONDITIONS

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. The proposed garage and workshop may be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of 56 Murray's Road as a dwelling; there must be no use for commercial purposes.

3. This approval relates to drawings which are numbered 1004-01 and -02, and date-stamped 30th April 2004.

NOTE The applicant is advised to maintain consultation with the Building Regs. Authority (Douglas Corporation) to ensure that the proposed works do not affect adversely the stability or integrity of the adjoining building.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
