The application seeks approval for the creation of a new vehicular hardstanding, driveway and access at detached dwelling in Jurby.

Whilst the information submitted with the application is modest I understand that the application primarily relates to the creation of a new vehicle access and driveway. I consider that the new access is relatively minor development and without detrimental impact. Accordingly, I recommend that the application be approved.
