1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. The proposed windows must express the same proportion of framing and glazing bars as those at No. 4; any horns should also be faithfully replicated; all frames must have a paint finish.
3. Subject to condition (2) above, this approval relates to the submitted documents which are date-stamped 15th March 2004.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
