1. This approval relates to the use of Unit 11 as an Internet book distribution business involving the picking and packing of books for onward transmission through the post with some retail sales as described in the applicant's letter of 29th March, 2004..
2. The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
3. This permission is personal to and may be exercised only by Mr. N.P. Croydon in his capacity as Director of Island Books Ltd and only for the purposes described in condition 1 above.

NOTE The applicant is encouraged to consult the Health and Safety Division of this Department in respect of the separation of warehouse activities and others within the building.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
