### Officer's Report

The application seeks to reinstate a single dwelling into two separate dwellings within a row of terraced dwellings in Ramsey.

The dwelling, which was originally built as two separate dwellings, was made into a single dwelling approximately 20 years ago. This application seeks to revert the situation back to the original two dwellings. Given that the property was originally built as two dwellings I have no concerns with the proposal and recommend approval.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

C 2. This approval relates to the location plan, floor plan and photograph date stamped the 3rd February 2004.

N 3. For water connections that comprise more than a single connection to a water main or service, or where new water mains and hydrants will be required, the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Planning and Projects Section, telephone 695958.
