In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to drawing no. 002/PL01 rev. A date stamped the 16th March 2004.

NOTE Prior to the commencement of any works associated to the development the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that the requirements of the Fire Precautions (Flats) Regulations 1996 are met.

NOTE The flats must, on completion of the proposed works, comply with the requirements of the Housing (Flats) Regulations 1982 and be registered thereafter under the same regulations. The applicant is advised to contact the Department of Local Government and the Environment's Housing Enforcement Section in this regard.

NOTE For water connections that comprise more than a single connection to a water main or service, or where new water mains and hydrants will be required, the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Planning and Projects Section, telephone 695958.

NOTE For a change in the water supply to a premises (domestic or commercial) the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Byelaws Inspector (Les Quayle), telephone 695957.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
