1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to drawing numbers $03-5015-\mathrm{AR}-001 ; 001,002$ and 004 , submitted and date stamped 21 st January 2004.
3. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.

NOTE The applicant is advised that prior to the demolition, an application may need to be made in writing to the Chief Executive of the Department of Local Government and the Environment for issue of a direction to demolish under the terms of the Building Control Act 1971.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
