Application no: 03/01870/B Site visit: NO General report The application is for the erection of a scalloped hit and miss fence around part of the boundary curtilage of a detached residential property in Ramsey. At present the rear of the dwelling is partially open and the applicant seeks to erect a fence in order to enclose the properties back garden. This intention is considered to be unobjectionable and something that will have little impact on the neighbouring properties. The applicant proposes to use a scalloped hit and miss fence that is 5 foot in height at the fence posts. I consider the proposal to be unobjectionable.
