In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you

Note 4:An appeal must be requested within a period of 21 days.

## Schedule Of Conditions

### Application Ref No: 03/01901/A On Review

1. This approval is in principle only and will remain valid for a period of two years within which time no development may take place until such time as details of the reserved matters (details of internal layout, all external alterations, and fire-safety precautions) have been approved by the Planning Authority. Such reserved matters should form the subject of a single application.
2. The layout of the proposed flats must
(a) comply in all respects with the Housing (Flats) Regulations; and
(b) be such that no flat is contained entirely within the basement.

Note: No approval is hereby granted to the arrangement of flats indicated in the submitted application.
3. Subject to the above conditions, this Approval relates to the submitted drawings which are date stamped 9th December 2003.

This review has been considered by the Planning Committee on written evidence. Any additional submissions not previously circulated to interested parties are enclosed herewith.
