1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to plan numbers $033 / 03 / 01$ and $03 / 03 / 02$ and the supporting letter submitted on 18th December 2003.
3. The facility hereby approved must be used in association with the existing riding school and equestrian activities at Ballacallin Mooar. The sale of goods must be limited to equestrian related products only, in the area shown on drawing $033 / 03 / 01$.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
