1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the erection of a shed as shown in drawing reference Dhoon/01/A received on 13th February, 2004 and the diagramatic and photographic information received on 22nd December, 2003.
3. The shed must be finished in a dark green colour or the green shown in the submitted photographs.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
