Planning perisodine was recently granted on approval for three applications that provided for the re- development of hand between Abney Street & Nalew Street, Castralow. This application seems approval in principle for a scheme to re-develop the site with hotel, retail, apartments, screening room & landscaping. The application would provide no on site parking & is also considered to be lacking in detail in relation to the application location within a consecutive hour.
