1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the drawings as submitted on 6th November 2003.

3. The glazing pattern of the front window on the porch must match the existing window. The glazing bars must be fitted externally on installation.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
