which was considered on 16 January 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

### Application Ref No: 03/01662/A

1. This approval is in principle only and will remain valid for a period of two years within which time no development may take place until such time as details of the reserved matters (siting, design, external appearance, internal layout, means of access, landscaping) have been approved by the Planning Authority. Such reserved matters should form the subject of a single application.
2. The approval relates to the 1:2500 location plan, 1:500 site plan and illustrative dwelling plan date stamped the 7th November 2003.

NOTE Without prejudice to any reserved matters application no permission should be conferred by this approval for the erection of the dwelling as shown in the illustrative plans submitted. The applicant is advised to discuss the exact form of the dwelling with the appropriate Planning Officer prior to the submission of a reserved matters application.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
