# Officer Report Recommendations

1. The site is defined as the curtilage of No.13 and 14, Hailwood Court 2. The application proposes that: (a) the existing nursery (which occupies all of the combined buildings) should occupy only unit 14; and that (b) No. 13 should be used (i) as a flat at ground floor level; and (ii) as a hairdressing salon / beauty parlour at first-floor level 3. The uses are acceptable, but those in unit 13 might be better if transposed. The privacy and disturbance levels for a ground floor flat might be poor. Signed ☐ Date 12.12.03 1. will write to the agent in accordance with (3) above. See response rec'd 9/1. Accept as proposed. Whilst the hairdresser's would be inaccessible to disabled people, I suggest that this is not a sufficient reason for refusal. Signed ☐ Date 13/1/4.
