1. The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
2. This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 18th November 2003.
3. The principal ground floor access to the building and at least one toilet facility must be provided such that they can be used by unassisted wheelchair users and such facilities must be designed and constructed in accordance with B.S. 8300:2001 Access for the Disabled to Buildings.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
