The Commissioners thank you for your application form, together with enclosures, which they discussed at their Statutory Meeting held on Wednesday 17 December, 2003.

The Commissioners wish to inform you that they object to this Planning Application on the grounds of over-intensive use of the site and feel it would be detrimental to the amenities enjoyed by the residents of these rural surroundings.
