# Officer Planning Report

Approval in principle is sought to consult a dwelling on land within the curtailage of Millicent, off Brolig Rd, Boulasalla. The adopted plan for the area remains the 1982 Order which covers the land as low density housing in partland (existing), which recognizes the existing pattern of development. The Site measures 0.3 ha, (0.7000) ft Houser does not wholly comply with the provisions of Planley Circular 8/89. However, a site visit indicates that a dwelling would sit comfortably with the site & whilst not carrying with the Circular, I consider to be acceptable.
